The Gastronomic Academy
At The Gastronomic Academy, we teach people of all skill levels across London to cook with confidence in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Our mission is simple: to make cooking accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone.
Led by Chef Luh Sorrino, a highly qualified chef with extensive professional experience, our classes focus on practical home-cooking skills that can be used every day. Chef Luh introduces dishes from around the world, helping students expand their skills, explore new flavours, and enjoy the process of learning to cook.
Whether you’re a complete beginner finding your footing in the kitchen or an experienced cook looking to grow your abilities, we offer a supportive, hands-on environment where learning feels natural and enjoyable. Our group sessions bring people together in a friendly setting, while our private classes provide a personalised, focused experience.
Our goal is to help every student feel confident, capable, and inspired in the kitchen.
